I had a lovely stay at Provo Inn & Suites. The staff were incredibly warm, and I particularly appreciated the sweet woman at the front desk who was always cheerful and ready to assist. The room's comfort exceeded my expectations, and it was in a good location for my needs.

Cold showers were a bummer!!! I wish the AC worked consistently!!! A dark atmosphere around the lobby is off-putting!!! Please address the stomping noise from upstairs guests!!! Thin walls were a nuisance during the night!!!

The staff was friendly, particularly the cleaning lady who was a real sweetheart and always smiling. My room had a fridge that kept our drinks cold, and the microwave, while small, was clean and worked fine for my late-night snacks.
It wasn't cheap, but it was an acceptable price for what we got.

The pool area was a great hangout for the kids, especially with my five teenagers. They loved the convenience of the nearby Walmart for snacks and supplies. It was nice to have a spacious room that accommodated our family well.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise levels need to be improved.

Had a cozy stay with great features. My Standard Double Room was equipped with air conditioning, a microwave, and a fridge. The bed was comfy and had a non-feather pillow. Nice private bathroom with bath and shower. Loved the flat-screen TV and the spa facilities too!

the stay was convenient as inn & suites is very close to nu skin's convention center. the staff was friendly and helpful, which made checking in a breeze. I really enjoyed the comfy bed in my standard double room. it helped me recharge after a long day.
